The hotel was clean! The free Wi-Fi worked great. I used it for hours without issues. The staff were amazing, especially the reception. They quickly upgraded my room upon arrival. I really appreciated that extra touch, it.
The soundproofing was not perfect, and I could sometimes hear street noise at night.

The location worked out PERFECT for shopping. I found lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was wonderful, and the chef was polite and friendly. I also liked the 24hr room service. It was very convenient.
The room is a bit outdated. It needs a refresh to match the other GREAT qualities.

My stay included access to a well-equipped fitness center. It featured three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. The on-site spa offered various treatments. I booked a massage that was very relaxing. The hotel provided quick access to public transportation. The metro station was just steps away. This made navigating the city very easy.
I noticed that the soundproofing wasn't the best, and street noise was sometimes audible in my room. It was a very minor issue overall.
